Custom Machined screws
Custom Machined screws are threaded externally with thread geometries created with both cutting and rolling techniques. Threads are available in acme, machine, UNF, and UNC types.
Custom machined screws are manufactured by Norwood Screw Machine in a variety of materials including brass, steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, aluminum, aircraft aluminum and plastics. Lengths from .010″ to 24″ with diameters from .010″ to 3″ all to tolerance of +/-.001″ and a 16 micro finish. Screws are made to print, constructed with traceable raw materials and documented test results. All of our standard and custom screws are manufactured in accordance with various Mil-Specs and standards set by RoHS, ASME, ANSI, and SAE.
