Custom Machine Bolts
Machine Bolts can be threaded internally and externally with thread geometries created with both cutting and rolling techniques. Threads are available in acme, machine, UNF and UNC types with head types including hex, indented hex, headless, button, flat, pan, round, square, socket and fillister. Grades include 1, 2, 5 ,7, and 8. Bolts can be made from brass, stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, aluminum, aircraft aluminum and plastics including Nylatron, PTFE, delrin and nylon. Size capabilities range from .010″ to 24″ in length and .010″ to 3″ in diameter all to tolerances of +/-.001″ and can be held to a 16 micro finish.
